As the founder of Disciple Makers Church International, Next Generation Preparatory Academy, and the LIT (Leaders In Training) Conference, Pastor Jamil has dedicated his life to empowering believers to lead with purpose, integrity, and faith.

Jamil Richards
Born with a heart for service and a passion for teaching, Pastor Jamil D. Richards has spent years building ministries that bridge faith and leadership. His journey began with a simple conviction — that true transformation starts with discipleship, and discipleship starts with one obedient “yes.”
After years of ministry and mentorship, that conviction grew into JDR Global Enterprises, the umbrella organization for multiple Kingdom-building initiatives. Through Disciple Makers Church International (DMC), Pastor Jamil leads a vibrant community of believers committed to worship, growth, and outreach. Through Next Generation Preparatory Academy (NGPA), he invests in young minds, blending academic excellence with biblical values. And through the annual LIT Conference, he empowers youth and young adults to step boldly into leadership.
A dynamic communicator and passionate teacher, Pastor Jamil’s ministry is marked by his ability to make Scripture practical and personal. His messages challenge believers to grow deeper in faith while equipping them with tools to lead in business, education, and ministry.
